Hello, Coach!

Only 2% of authors get book deals.

Would you like to join them?

MEET THE FOUNDER

Hey, I'm Anna Fox!

I'm an Author Accelerator Certified Nonfiction Book Coach. I help Coaches and Founders get a nonfiction book deal using a systemic, holistic 4-step framework called Confidence & Craft.

This process keeps you in creative control while developing your skills and fulfilling all the criteria agents and publishers require, so you can step into authorship with confidence, authority and ease.

So, how does it work?

Confidence & Craft is a step-by-step 1-1 process that is custom designed to fit your lifestyle

and reach all your publishing goals.

Step 1: The Blueprint

You wouldn't build a house without laying a foundation, and it's exactly the same when it comes to writing a book. The Blueprint is the secret weapon that differentiates this writing framework from the rest: it's simply the best way to start your book.

Step 2: The Book Proposal

Do you think you should start drafting your book before you've done anything else? Not if you want a publishing deal. Instead you need to write a book proposal, first.

Step 3: Sample Chapters

An agent or publisher will want to read a sample of your most awesome writing. This step is where you get to develop and hone your craft under the wing of an editorial expert.

Step 4: The Pitch

Next, you need an equally awesome Query Letter and a comprehensive Agent Strategy. Together, we develop both so you are fully equipped and ready to bring your book to the traditional publishing marketplace.

TESTIMONALS

Justine McGrath

Executive Coach

"When I took Anna's programme it provided the clarity I had been seeking for so long. Having a clear plan and structure for writing a non-fiction book is essential, but knowing that and knowing how to do it are two very different things.

Anna is an expert and takes you through the steps in a way that is so clear and easy to follow that it gives you renewed passion and confidence in having the ability to complete your book

If you are confused or stuck with how to get going, working with Anna is for you. I recommend her highly."

Kevin Nolan,

Retired CEO

"One of the challenges I faced was building up the confidence to embark on writing a book. I worried that what I had to say might not be of interest to people or that I would not be capable of delivering it in a format that would engage the reader.

One of the biggest outcomes from my work with Anna was the degree that my confidence in my writing has developed. Anna has so much knowledge and experience in helping new authors and her patience and support has been invaluable.

For anyone embarking on writing their first book I could not recommend Anna highly enough."

Samantha Frearson-Tubito, Co-Founder

"Working with Anna has been a game-changer for my writing journey. I had a rough manuscript but was struggling with the structure and outline. Anna provided invaluable guidance and support. She helped me create an in-depth outline and with clarifying my vision. We developed a clear road map for my book, ensuring a narrative flow that moved forward.

Overall, Anna is an incredibly knowledgeable and supportive coach who truly cares about her clients’ success. I would highly recommend Anna to anyone who is serious about writing and publishing their work."

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know what I need to do next?

This depends on where you are in the process. Book a free 1hr Strategy Call with Anna where she uses a proven process to establish exactly what you need to do next, so you can reach all your publishing goals.

Can you guarantee I'll get a book deal?

No. Nobody can do that in traditional publishing. To guarantee you'll be published you have to self publish or go to a hybrid publisher (where you pay them).

How long does it take?

It depends on where you are in the process. Each step is designed to move you through to the finish as efficiently and thoroughly as possible. Visit the Services page for approximate timelines.

Is my writing is good enough?

In nonfiction, you don't need a finished book when you submit to an agent: you only need two sample chapters. Of course, these need to be awesome! And that's the work we do together in Step 3 of the programme.

Which publishing option should I choose?

That depends on what your vision is for your book in the world. Whether you choose traditional publishing (where you get an agent and publisher who produces the book for you and pays you) self-publishing (you do all of it) or hybrid publishing (you pay a publisher to produce your book) depends on the outcome you desire. To dive into this, book a free Strategy Call so you can decide what to do next.

How do I know how much of my story to include?

The Blueprint will show you exactly how much and which parts to tell. Check out Step 1: The Blueprint if you're wondering about this or about any other structural aspect of your book.
